About E. Wedel Chocolate Drinkery
E. Wedel has made chocolate in Warsaw since 1851, the Warsaw Tourism Office notes, and sells it in its own chocolate drinkeries. Look for ptasie mleczko (“bird’s milk”), a marshmallow-like foam covered in chocolate. The Wedel factory in Praga, built in 1931, has a museum.
