About Highline Warsaw
Highline Warsaw is at the top of the Varso Tower, at Chmielna 69. Panoramic lifts rise to the 46th floor, and a second lift continues to the 53rd floor, at about 230 metres: the highest observation deck in the European Union, as the Warsaw Tourism Office describes it. On a clear day you can see from the Palace of Culture and the Vistula bridges to Pole Mokotowskie and Łazienki.
